Booking Policy
For the safety and health of our clients, all clients must fill out a Medical Forms/Waiver to receive massage service. All clients are required to keep a credit card on file when booking an appointment. Online booking is a convenience we have provided for our clientele, it does not always reflect the complete availability of therapists. Clients are encouraged to contact therapists by phone if they wish to book an appointment on a time/date not found on the booking site. Please keep in mind that our therapists are extremely busy and it is always best to book well in advance to insure you receive access to the time and day you want.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Cancellations that are less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 1/2 price for the service scheduled with the card on file, gift card, billing or any other voucher used. Individuals who do not provide notice and do not show up for their appointment will be charged full price for the service scheduled. It is important to us to provide the best service to our clients and short notifications make it difficult to reschedule others needing service. Our therapists will wait 10 minutes for clients who are late before marking them as a ‘no show’. Download On File CC Form
To make sure that we provide fair scheduling and therapeutic service to all of our clients, clients who arrive late for their appointment shall have that amount of time deducted from their massage. Under no circumstances will a therapist wait more than 10 minutes for a ‘no show’ that has not contacted the office and given notice that they are running late before the appointment. Those who have no showed or late cancelled their appointments 2 or more times will need to prepay for service.
Refund Policy
Online Booking – Individuals who pre-pay for a massage on-line are not eligible for a refund, however; if appropriate notice is provided a credit can be issued to their account for the full-amount of the prepayment and applied to a different booking time or date.
Gift Certificates – As of June 1, 2023 we stopped issuing gift certificates. We can not accept gift certificates issued by any one but our company. We have a “no refund policy” on all gift certificates due to the high processing fees and refund fees charged to the business on these transactions. We strongly encourage individuals who are purchasing gift certificates to book appointments well in advance of the time the want to come due to high client volume. We can not guarantee specific appointment dates or times will be available when booking.
Health and Safety
Omaha Blue Waves Massage, Bodywork, and Education Center a licensed facility through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. It is prohibited to bring weapons of any type on to the facility property (including those by properly licensed concealed handgun permit holders).
- EXCEPTION: On-duty law enforcement officers in the performance of their lawful duties
Pets are prohibited within the facility.
- EXCEPTION: Service Animals as defined by the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) are exempt provided that they are performing a necessary physical service for the handler during the visit.
