*We require that 24 hour notice be given when canceling appointments. It is important to us to provide good service to our clients and short notifications make it difficult to reschedule others needing service. Failure to give appropriate notice may result in clients being billed for unused service time or for clients not being allowed to reschedule future appointments. To make sure we provide fair scheduling and therapeutic service to all of our clients, clients who arrive late for their appointment shall have that amount of time deducted from their massage.
PLEASE NOTE: Anyone booking with a discounted deal (Group, Daily Deal, Living Social, etc.) who fails to cancel their appointment without appropriate notice or “no shows” their appointment may forfeit the use of their coupon.
This establishment is a state licensed health facility and is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Reasons for refusing service may include but are not limited to: health (contra-indicated condition), conduct (inappropriate, lewd, or disruptive behavior etc.), and hygiene. Anyone who threatens a therapist, causes a disruption of service, or refuses to leave the premises after having been formally notified to do so may be subject to criminal and civil penalties.
